Dhaka, 09 February:- Inter Base Quirat and Azan Competition-2023 of Bangladesh Air Force comes to end at Shaheen Mosque, BAF Base Bashar on Thursday, 09 February 2023. Bangladesh Air Force Base Zahurul Haque emerged as champion of the competition while Bangladesh Air Force Base Paharkanchanpur became runner-up. Superintendent Abu Hena of BAF Base Zahurul Haque secured first position in Azan and Warrant Officer AKM Reza-Ul- Karim of BAF Base Paharkanchanpur secured first position in Quirat competition. Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Maintenance) Air Vice Marshal Md Zahidul Sayeed, BUP, ndc, psc distributed prizes amongst the winners as the Chief Guest. Air Officer Commanding of Air Headquarters (Unit), senior BAF officers, airmen and other members were also present on the occasion.
Air Officer Commanding of Air Headquarters (Unit) Air Commodore Md Reza Emdad Khan, BUP, ndc, psc inaugurated the competition on 08 February 2023. Mentionable that 07 teams of Bangladesh Air Force participated in this 02 day long competition.
