RECRUITS’ PASSING OUT PARADE OF BANGLADESH AIR FORCE HELD

 Shamshernagar (Moulvibazar), November 26:- The passing out parade of Recruits’ Entry No-47 of Bangladesh Air Force was held at the Recruits’ Training School (RTS) in Shamshernagar, Moulvibazar on Tuesday (26-11-2019).

 

Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Operations) Air Vice Marshal M Abul Bashar, BBP, OSP, ndc, acsc, psc reviewed the smartly turned out parade and took salute as the Chief Guest. Later, he distributed trophies among the outstanding recruits. In his speech, Assistant Chief of Air Staff advised the recruits to work with honesty, integrity, sincerity and establish themselves as exemplary airmen of Bangladesh Air force. He hoped that by displaying true patriotism, they would make effective contribution in safeguarding the airspace of Bangladesh.

 

A total of 607 recruits have been passed out through this parade. Among them, AC-2 Md Mujahid Hasan and AC-2 Kazi Md Neyamatullah were adjudged as the best recruit in Academics and General Service Training respectively. AC-2 Abdur Rahim was adjudged as the best recruit for all round performance. Earlier, the Chief Guest was usherd to the parade ground by Air Officer Commanding of BAF Base Bashar Air Vice Marshal M Shafiqul Alam, OSP, BSP, ndc, fawc, psc and Officer Commanding of Recruits’ Training School Group Captain Abu Zahid Mohsin, afwc, psc.

 

Among others, senior officers of Bangladesh Air Force and both civil and military dignitaries of the local area as well as guardians of the recruits were also present in the ceremony.
